For over 100 years, Forbes has been committed to premium journalism, analysis and thought leadership. Forbes' rankings, developed by SHOOK Research, are the only advisor rankings with a focus on quality, including interviewing advisors in-person, virtually and by telephone. Unlike other advisor rankings, SHOOK is not a “robo-ranker.” Numbers such as production and assets don’t tell the whole story, especially when much of the data is self-reported. SHOOK Research creates rankings of role models—advisors that are leading the way in offering best practices and providing a high-quality experience for clients.

2021 Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors, created by SHOOK Research, based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative criteria, including a minimum of seven years of experience, a minimum of $1 million in production, and the weighing of factors including revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience, and best practices (gathered through telephone and in-person due-diligence interviews). SHOOK Research also employs an opinion-based weighting system that prioritizes its preferred “best practices,” which include business models, activities, processes, and structure.  Presented in March 2021 based on data gathered from Sept 2019 to Sept 2020.  9,785 Advisors were considered, 1,000 advisors were recognized.  SHOOK does not receive a fee in exchange for rankings.  Advisors pay a fee to utilize marketing materials.  Not indicative of advisor’s future performance.  Your experience may vary.  Click here for more award information.
